Job Description

Summary
Behavior Instructors (Registered Behavior Technicians, RBT) directly implementevidence-based intervention for children with autism, ages 18 months to 5 years, under the direction and supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Working at Young Mind Center (YMC) is different. We believe our primary mission is to better the lives of our team. That means professional growth, personal growth, and improved financial circumstances. And this isn't entirely altruistic, it's also a business approach. We are only as good as our team, and the way we use our resources reflects that. If we want our team to be dependable, we need to be dependable. For that reason, we guarantee hours. That means you work what you are scheduled, no matter how many clients are out sick or on vacation. If there aren't clients to work with you overlap with another therapist, work on projects, or do something related to professional development. We see you and value you outside of the therapy you provide. We want you to develop your potential, grow within our organization, and be a part of building something we believe can change the world (we recognize how audacious that it is). Time for professional development, meetings, and session preparation/reflection are scheduled into your work week (15% of your week). We also understand that being healthy and happy at your job requires being healthy and happy outside your job. We want you to have time for hobbies, relationships, and other endeavors outside of work. We don't work on the weekends or past 5p, and we give our team 30 paid days off each year. Our core values are Community, Commitment, and Courage and we live them day-in and day-out.

  • Guaranteed hours!
