Nystrom & Associates, Ltd./Family Support Services, Inc. (NAL) is a group of professional care providers from the fields of psychology, clinical social work, marriage & family therapy, and psychiatry who are committed to helping individuals and families experiencing personal, emotional, marital, or psychological problems.
We are currently seeking full-time or part-time therapists for our in-home Children's Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) program with our Early Childhood Team! Our therapists build relationships with children and families to help them identify treatment goals; with an emphasis on children ages 0-5. We are looking for a compassionate individual who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve.

Other responsibilities include:
- Design treatment plans, intervention strategies, and expected outcomes reflective of client needs
- Facilitate mental health services with clients and their families in the home, community, or school
- Attend regularly scheduled supervision sessions
- Maintain accurate patient electronic health records in accordance with NAL and DHS policies
- Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
- Must meet qualifications of one of the following:
- Clinical Trainee as per MN State Statute 245i.04.06
- Able to pursue MN LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, or LP
- Mental Health Professional as per MN State Statute 245i.04.02
- Minnesota LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LP
- Clinical Trainee as per MN State Statute 245i.04.06
- Desire to work with children and families and/or adults in their natural environment
- Comfortable with afternoon and evening hours; schedule is flexible
- Experience with play therapy techniques preferred
- Ability to work independently; Valid driver's license/auto insurance/reliable vehicle
- Must be proficient in the use of computers, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and the use of email
