Early Childhood Teacher

Kindercare Learning Centers is now hiring a dynamic and experienced Lead Teachers for multiple age groups including:
Infants
Toddlers
Preschool

Kindercare Learning Centers supports employee development by providing opportunities to teach and learn in our own classrooms. We are currently looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Early Childhood education with experience teaching children between 0 and 18 months of age.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Develop a careful and creative program suitable for young children

• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.)to teach children
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
• Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
• Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
• Track children’s progress and report to parents through the software platform or electronic communication systems
• Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche
• Collaborate with other educators

Pay: From $19.30 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Job-related location requirement:

• Candidates must be within a 25-mile radius.
