Marketing Internship at Aon
We are seeking a Summer Marketing Intern to assist our Growth Marketing, Solutions Marketing and Events Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn about various areas of the field, including growth and solutions marketing across Risk Capital and Human Capital, events marketing, social media strategy development, reporting & analytics, and various areas of digital marketing. The primary goal of this internship is for the intern to gain experience and develop skills in various marketing disciplines, strategic marketing planning, data analysis, and testing and learning from marketing tactics.

What the day will look like:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Working closely with colleagues in the Marketing and Communications Centers of Excellence, to manage growth program design and delivery, events and webinars and sales material development and support
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Supporting the growth marketing team in developing reports and analyzing data to make informed marketing decisions. Collaborating with the growth marketing team on digital and social media efforts to create content calendars and implement social media campaigns across various platforms
Assisting in developing social media and email marketing strategies and tactics to support the company's overall marketing goals Acting as an Aon brand ambassador who is closely aligned with the “Aon Story”, encompassing brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling
Performing other duties as assigned.

The salary for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $23.50 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
Aon offers a benefits package for temporary and seasonal employees who will work 20 or more hours per week including: medical, dental, and vision insurance at the employee’s expense, critical illness insurance, 10 Company holidays per calendar year (paid, if eligible), paid sick leave as provided under state and local law, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions. Eligibility for benefits are governed by the applicable plan documents and policies.
