e-Learning Developer (fulltime)

Our clients are primarily Fortune 500 companies across many industries including technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, and manufacturing.
Advantexe is seeking a talented and innovative eLearning Developer to join our team and help transform our clients’ training materials into engaging and interactive e-learning experiences.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Work with client subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs.
- Design course content to meet client learning objectives/training needs.
- Develop content for in-person and virtual training engagements.
- Create compelling course content and engaging learning activities & exercises that enhance the learning process.
- Develop engaging e-learning solutions: concept, scripting, storyboards, production in Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Vyond.
- Develop and manage review process for new course curricula and training materials.
- Effectively collaborate with different levels within our client organization, to build relationships, to actively listen, and to assist team members and/or subject matter experts in translating concepts into engaging, effective content.
- Create knowledge checks/test questions to confirm effectiveness of the training.
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an e-Learning Developer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous project work.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Premier Pro, Vyond (or similar tool).
- Strong multimedia production skills including video editing and graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location and Travel
This is a remote role. Some travel may be required to Advantexe headquarters in the Greater Philadelphia Region and/or to client locations.
The optimal candidate will live with in the Philadelphia area and be able to travel to our Corporate offices in Conshohocken, PA 1 day a week.
