Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist

Reports To: Ecommerce Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: Headquarters, Chattanooga TN

Bridges CHC is an innovator, marketer, and distributor of over-the-counter consumer health care (OTC) products to large food, drug and mass retailers and certain mass e-tailers. The top brands in our growing portfolio include ThermaCare, Florajen, Lipo-Flavonoid, Certain Dri, and others. We are looking to add to our growing team to bring these established brands to life in the digital space.

Overview of Position:

The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for supporting the retail readiness of Bridges CHC product portfolio from warehouse to product detail page. They will be a key team member in the creation, maintenance, quality, and improvement of product listings across all ecommerce platforms. The Ecommerce Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support our go-to-market strategy.

The Ecommerce Specialist must be organized, passionate, and eager to learn and make an impact on the business. They must be able to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment across sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory to ensure the success of Bridges CHC.

Critical Role Responsibilities include:

o Execute product set up and updates to product detail pages across all ecommerce platforms.

o Plan and organize digital shelf content, including audits and timely refreshes across pure play and omnichannel sites.

o Develop, evaluate, and execute digital assets to increase conversion rates across product detail pages.

o Be agile with brand teams and external partners to test-and-learn, optimize and scale content.

o Monitor online retailers and marketplaces to ensure accuracy of content, images, pricing, and inventory.

o Assist Ecommerce Manager in day-to-day operations including inventory management, monitoring the digital shelf, and executing the go to market strategy for new products.

o Monitor online retailers and marketplaces to identify market trends and competitor activity.

o Participate in weekly and monthly meetings across internal marketing team and agency partners.

o Assist in developing and maintaining weekly reports tracking relevant KPIs and assist with budgeting and tracking advertising spend.

o Keep ahead of and communicate industry specific social media trends.

o Stay informed and communicate changes with Amazon and Walmart.com policies and guidelines to guarantee compliance and access to new programs.

o Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in managing eCommerce operations, with a focus on Amazon and Walmart.com

o Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive business results through eCommerce initiatives.

o Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to gather insights, analyze data, and make informed decisions.

o Leadership Abilities: Experience leading projects from inception to execution

o Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Education:BA/BS degree from an accredited college required with a focus in business administration, marketing, or communications.

Experience: 2-5 years proven experience in a related position. Position requires excellent communication skills; written and verbal, the ability to problem solve, oversee, and work through multiple ongoing projects, strategic thinking, time management, capacity to be nimble and learn on the fly, experience with marketplace content and media platforms, strong knowledge of retailer website mechanics (SEO, Keywords, Image optimization, etc.), critical attention to detail. A thorough understanding of the organization's operational functions to coordinate activities between multiple resources.

Role Specific Competencies: Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and use sound judgment. Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. Outstanding communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team environment. Organized with solid project management skills. Excellent written, oral, and presentation communications skills. This position requires extensive use of computer equipment. Individual must possess a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft business software to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Proficiency and ability to master related software required.

Special Requirements: This is a hybrid position with some travel to Chattanooga, TN at Bridges CHC Corporate Office.
