Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

Reports To: Vice President, Development
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aimed at improving website performance and achieving business development goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer care staff to resolve issues and elevate the customer experience.
- Work closely with the Information Technology (IT) Department to implement data-driven changes or updates to the e-commerce website and pricing catalogs.
- Manage all online activities related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Investigate, dissect, and interpret online retail performance for all e-commerce stores connected to the L.A.B. website and report on changes and market trends.
- Create and manage website uploads which includes landing page development.
- Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy to improve website performance. Also involves ensuring the website is accessibility-friendly for all users.
- Research the market to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance.
- Ensure products, including web design, graphic design, digital marketing materials, etc., are accessibility-friendly using a systematic approach to establish accessibility standards.
- Manage digital marketing channels across Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display, e-mail marketing, and social media with an emphasis on consistency across all channels.
- Analyze data to deliver a data-driven strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- In-depth understanding of web-analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Oracle, and OWOX BI.
- Knowledge of a broad range of e-commerce activities such as:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Ads, website design, sales funneling, conversions, digital marketing, and graphic design.
- Experience with web development and design such as user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- In-depth understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices
- Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is a plus.
