Gateway Supply is seeking a full-time Ecommerce Specialist to focus on webstore administration and maintenance. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and optimization of our online store. Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of the webstore and providing a seamless experience for customers. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing and customers, to maintain and improve the webstore's performance and achieve business goals.
Travel throughout the state is required, as well as a great personality. We are looking for someone who can create a good rapport with customers and coworkers instantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Training and Visits:
Travel is required. Conduct onsite visits to key customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide personalized support and training. Develop and deliver training sessions or workshops for customers, focusing on maximizing their utilization of the webstore platform and its features. Create training materials, documentation, and resources to support customer training and onboarding processes. Regularly follow up with customers post-training to address any questions or concerns and ensure their continued satisfaction and success with the webstore.
- Webstore Administration:
Manage product listings, including creating, updating, and optimizing product descriptions and images. Ensure accurate categorization and organization of products to enhance the customer browsing experience. Continuously review and improve the webstore's user interface and navigation to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to optimize the webstore's performance.
- Content Management:
Create and maintain engaging and persuasive content for product descriptions, landing pages, and other webstore sections. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visually appealing product imagery and banners. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across the webstore.
- Order Management:
Monitor and process customer orders, ensuring accurate information and timely fulfillment. Collaborate with the fulfillment team to coordinate order shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment. Implement and maintain customer return and exchange processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
- Technical Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the webstore's stability, security, and optimal performance. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical issues, such as broken links, page errors, or slow loading times. Stay informed about the latest updates and features of the eCommerce platform used and implement relevant upgrades or integrations.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
