Job Summary

We are searching for a systematic e-commerce associate to inspect and inform the infrastructure and content on our company's website. As an e-Commerce Specialist, you are an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website. Your responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty. You execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites and research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media. As a website optimization expert, your other duties include managing site development and updates for the e-commerce side of the business, working with co-workers to collect necessary content to use for each product or service offering, and ensuring that the brand message and goals align with the rest of the company. You keep a promotions calendar, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data, and use your findings to improve your strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
• Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
• Oversee the eCommerce logistics operation, including (but not limited) to import clearance, courier delivery, fulfillment warehouse, reverse logistics, reverse warehouse.
• Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
• Work with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
• Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
• Multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
• Possess a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends.
• Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with forming our company's overall digital marketing strategy.
• Work closely with different teams (IT specialists, data analysts and copywriters) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms and to ensure the accurate rollout of evidence-based updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or relevant field
• Solid working experience and relationship in 3PL management, preparable with courier(s)
• Working experience in e-commerce logistics, experience in E-commerce platform is a plus
• Excellent understanding in any segment of eCommerce logistics operation, including (but not limited to) data integration, first-mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, import clearance.
• Fair understanding of eCommerce marketplace operation and governance policy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven, analytical and data driven
• Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
• Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail, and multitasking skills.
