Job purpose

Beacon Roofing Supply is seeking an eCommerce Partnership Manager focusing on Beacon’s digital sales & marketing initiatives. This position will report to the Director of eCommerce Strategy & Business Operations. The position is fully remote, with the possibility of occasional travel.

Duties and responsibilities

The eCommerce Partnership Manager will be a highly visible and critical role supporting business development and marketing efforts for Beacon’s eCommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and managing partners, defining objectives and timelines and supporting a program that drives meaningful customer revenue and retention. Supported by the Director of eCommerce Strategy, this role will reach out to potential partners, form agreements, and manage the success of those relationships. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, collaborative, and be capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy to drive Beacon’s ecommerce goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new partners by gaining a deep understanding of our ecosystem, attending industry events and soliciting feedback on the digital business tools Beacon’s customers use most.
  • Work with product to ensure integrations are built on schedule and partners have the resources they need to build
  • Develop shared customer launch plans focused on helping customers drive awareness of new partners
  • Work with our partners and internal sales and marketing teams to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem
  • Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting metrics
  • Support annual operating plan process and quarterly digital roadmap development
  • Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals
  • Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events
  • Be flexible and willing to do a variety of tasks while team is growing

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • 4-7 years of SaaS or ecommerce business development experience, with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue and show results
  • 3+ years in building materials or related industry
  • Strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Ability to employ analytics to set shared goals
  • Advanced experience with excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.)
  • Advanced experience with PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Up to 50% travel may be required (Industry or partner events)
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, marketing, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
