We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead the establishment and management of our online store, ensuring a seamless integration with popular food delivery platforms like DoorDash, Instacart, and Ubereats.

Responsibilities
- Deploying and, managing our online sales, ensuring efficient operation, and maximizing sales opportunities online
- Developing and managing the creation of our online store, ensuring a user-friendly interface, and collaborating with developers and designers.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring stock availability for online customers.
- Supervising store staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- E-Commerce Website Developing a dedicated website for Sasta Bazar, ensuring it meets industry standards and provides a seamless shopping experience.
- Curate and update our product catalog, ensuring accuracy and reflecting inventory changes.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the grocery or food industry.
Strong understanding of online store development, app development, and integration with third-party platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
