Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in the HVAC and Appliance sector. D&L uses a wide range of online portals and marketplaces to take in orders and respond to customer requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to sales. In addition a strong background in growing sales on Amazon and other multiple web based platforms.
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly, providing product information, pricing, and technical assistance as needed.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC systems, appliances, parts, and accessories to meet those needs.
- Grow and boost revenue online.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with technical support and Distribution Center Management teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- D&L uses a wide range of online portals and marketplaces to take in orders and respond to customer requests. Ideal candidate ......will develop relationships through these marketplaces to grow sales.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on any customer inquiries regarding their order.
Sales Support and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage customer expectations.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product expansion and sales growth.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, evaluate strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for sales optimization.
- Work closely with our marketing firm to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the HVAC, appliance, or related industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems, appliances, parts, and accessories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software specifically Infor, Microsoft Office Suite, and e-commerce platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred, however, equivalent work experience will also be considered.
