Reports to: E-Commerce Customer Service Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt (Hourly)

Job Description
The Customer Experience Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service while leveraging in-depth knowledge of our company's products to drive sales. The dedication and expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing the overall customer experience and maximizing revenue. This position is focused on the sales and customer experience side of e-commerce business. Which includes but is not limited to below tasks and expectations:
Responsibilities:
· Respond to all product related Customer Service inquiries promptly and efficiently via email, chat, and phone using our Gorgias platform.
· Identify opportunities to maximize sales and decrease returns.
· Collaborate with team for last in company items to sell to customers.
· Utilize knowledge of company products to send personalized style recommendations to customers via email, chat, phone and E-styling sessions. This can include suggesting alternative options for sold-out items or providing styling tips tailored to each customer's preferences.
· Help build and enhance our loyalty program to increase customer engagement and retention
Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
· Customer Service Experience
· Must be team-oriented
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Strong verbal and written abilities
· Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment.
· Computer skills, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Experience using Shopify, Gorgias, or Loop is a PLUS!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
