Role : Dynamics CRM ( Technical )

Location : Onsite /Hybrid @ NC

Exp Req : 10 Yrs

• At least 10 12 years of experience in IT
• 8-10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6-8 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must)
• Must have demonstrable architecture & design.
• experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2-3 large, end to end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service)
• multiple integrations and multi geo rollouts
• Must have thorough knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
• Must be thorough and hands on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug ins, Javascript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations)
• Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including.
• .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5
• Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012
• Scribe and SSIS
• Modern workloads ,Power platform , especially Power Automate and Power BI
• experience in Power Apps in preferred!
• Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable
• Experience in working in an Agile DevOps is a must
• Good team handling and customer facing skills.
