Job Description:

We believe in being brilliant at the basics. Our District Managers are passionate about providing best in class training and development to our Assistant & Shift Managers. They take pride in their ability to mentor General Managers by having a personal, vested interest in their individual success while teaching and modeling how best to lead our teams. Each DM oversees 5-7 restaurants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and develop general managers, assistant managers, and shift leaders.
• Consistently meet/exceed brand/company standards throughout their territory.
• Develop and execute personal growth plans for themselves and their managers.
• Achieve territory financial and performance goals.
• Ensures concept initiatives are being executed correctly and timely.
• Demonstrate good judgment, take constructive feedback, and problem solve with limited oversight.

Candidate Requirements:

• Multi-site management experience. (QSR or retail experience preferred)
• Intelligent and thoughtful.
• Organized.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to articulate a clear vision for their territory and has the commitment to work towards goals.
