-Duties-
- Operate Dump Trucks to transport materials to and from work sites
- Load and unload materials using equipment such as loaders and backhoes
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating the Dump Truck
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient transportation of materials, and necessary POs/documentation of material
-Qualifications-
- Valid South Carolina driver's license with a clean ten year driving record
-Minimum of two years as a driver in a recent position.
- Experience operating Dump Trucks or similar heavy equipment
- Familiarity with construction sites and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
Skills:
- Loader operation proficiency
- Experience with Caterpillar machinery
- Backhoe operation skills for digging purposes
- Mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance tasks
- Driving expertise for safe transportation of materials
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, or more with a team-lift
-Willingness to assist crews in necessary tasks on job site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
