Responsible for designing and negotiating property and casualty insurance programs for WTW M&A clients and prospects. They are simultaneously the voice of WTW and the main representation of their client in the insurance marketplace, and with that, are accountable for the placement of the insured’s program in a manner that is accretive to all parties.

The Role:
- Broking
- Due Diligence
- Lead WTW M&A Property & Casualty related marketing efforts
- Lead conversations on proposals with PE backed clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the M&A P&C insurance carriers
- Stimulate revenue growth and meet business objectives by improving retention rates, increasing commission rates and utilizing group resources
- Provide renewal updates to producers, service teams and project managers
- Stay current on emerging trends in the industry and specific state regulations
- Review renewal business for adequacy of coverage and competitive rates
- Understand and comply with Willis Excellence Model Management (WEM) requirements
- Lead comprehensive coverage reviews and program analysis for Add On Due Diligence assignments including adequacy of limits purchased, critique of coverage, and price competitiveness
- Provide Project Management team with written analysis, recommendations, and corresponding budgets for Add On Acquisitions for existing WTW clients
The Requirements:
- Require strong sales skills, expertise in Property and Casualty coverage.
- Extensive knowledge and familiarity with the global marketplace, carrier policy forms and related P&C claims scenarios
- Ability to interpret and explain detailed coverage and program design
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Self – Motivated, must have the ability to work Independently
- Insurance broker’s license required within 6 months of hiring
- 4 years of experience in underwriting or broking P&C accounts
- Proficient in Excel, Pivot tables and managing large volumes of data
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000 – $120,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
