And we are on the hunt for a Loss Prevention Officer at 1 Hotel Nashville to just that. Maintaining the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, team members and assets stay at top-of-mind in this critical role. This job is all how about how you react, or just as important, don’t react, in strenuating circumstances. It’s about staying a step (or five) ahead of potential situations, identifying them and managing them with professionalism, reasonable thinking and in accordance with 1 Hotel Nashville’s policies.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about safety and security with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
- A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
- Valid Tennessee Security License.
- Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time; able to kneel, stoop, reach, and kneel; able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
