SalaryCOM supports members in group homes in Bangor and Hermon. Two bed homes only with 1:1 for each member to provide the optimal level of support. There are no aggressive or abusive behaviors and you'll be on a team that lifts one another up and works WITH you to provide not only the best support for members but the most working experience for you. Depending on the home you're in there might be support needed for showering and personal hygiene, more cooking or less cooking, cleaning, and always some fun!
If you're a morning person we have a MONDAY TO FRIDAY schedule from 6 am to 2 pm
If you prefer to sleep in we have a MONDAY TO FRIDAY schedule from 2 pm to 10 pm.
Or maybe you're a NIGHT PERSON and want to get in some reading or study time and work the overnights from 10 pm to 6 am.

Work your way up to a DSP Lead position and earn between $18.50 and $19.24/hour
Continue to work your way to a House Manager and earn between $19 and $19.76

WE will support your health by paying $500 towards your monthly health insurance premium. That's about 80% of the cost of your health insurance. Choose Vision and/or Dental insurance too and we will pay 50% of those monthly premiums.
Bring your natural ability and skill to:
- Provide direct care and support to members in home environment
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary needs
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and mental health
- Engage in meaningful activities with members to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for members
- Ensure member rights are respected and advocate for their needs
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TRAIN
