Overnight Group Home Caregiver (Dsp) - Brunswick

Our current open overnight shift is:

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8p - 8a at one of our Brunswick homes

Are you a caregiver interested in working full-time hours in just three days? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will be working in one of our local Group Homes and helping adults with intellectual disabilities to become more competent with their activities of daily living and more active in their chosen communities.

Our new full-time schedule includes working three twelve-hour shifts per week. When you work three days per week, and your shift includes one weekend day, you will receive time and a half for that weekend day. With this your average pay over 36 hours goes up to$18.67 to $22.17 per hour. Plus, you are eligible for full time benefits, and you get four days off per week!

Requirements for Direct Support Professionals:

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Licensed Driver (preferred)
• Must be able to take courses to become certified as a Direct Support Professional, CRMA, etc. Paid training is provided. $500 stipend given to all those who complete their initial DSP certification within 3 months of hire
• Must be good with people, work well both independently and as a team player.
• Must be comfortable, or willing to learn how to support, individuals with various levels of disability in a variety of different settings.

We pay weekly!

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
