Responsibilities:

• Previous construction estimating experience required, electrical or Dry Utilities estimating experience preferred.
• Experience reading construction plans.
• Intermediate skills in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in underground Dry Utilities and or the electrical industry.
• Possess solid organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Superior communication skills written and verbal.
• Safe working procedures and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• History of strong client relationships and management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings accordingly to state/local code requirements.
• Experience with contract documents: contract drawings, specifications, subcontracts, contract addendum, and change orders.
• 10 Years of Electrical Project Management

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
