Form of workWe are looking for a Drupal Developer to join our team. This person will work directly with our client on projects from start to finish, solving complex problems with web-based software. This is a full-time position based out of our Minneapolis, MN office.
Accountable For
- Delivering high-quality, functional code that meets feature requirements as outlined by the client/product owner
- Estimating tasks, tracking time spent, and staying within the original estimate
- Developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets
- Writing and maintaining well-documented, reusable, and scaleable code
- Understanding client needs and how to achieve them within the limitations of the CMS (knowledge of core CMS functionality, modules, etc.)
- Understanding the product lifespan and considering how new features will scale and be maintained
Qualifications
- 3+ years of custom Drupal experience
- 3+ years of PHP experience
- Very strong with Drupal, PHP, JS, HTML & CSS (and SASS)
- Experience with scoping and estimating feature requests
- Experience building pixel-perfect pages to match designs
- Experience implementing features on existing sites
- Experience identifying and installing Drupal modules to solve business problems
- Experience building custom paragraphs and modules
- Experience testing business cases and responsiveness, and deploying to production
- Experience working on a team in an agile environment
- Ability to identify security issues, vulnerabilities, and react in emergencies
Compensation:
70,000-75,000k Annually with potential for quarterly bonus.
