POSITION SUMMARY
Duties include the provision of general oversight and supervision for the Drug Testing Program within local office, dissemination of information and technical assistance to local office staff and governmental agencies, and overall administration of the Drug Testing Program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
o Provide direct oversight, supervision and leadership for the Drug Testing Program in local office.
o Responsible for setting up Drug Testing technician schedule to flow with set appointments and walk-ins.
o Assist with the development and modification of policies and procedures related to the operation and management of Drug Testing Program.
o Assist with maintaining adequate inventory for uninterrupted operation of the Drug Patch Program in local office.
o Provide testimony in legal proceedings concerning Drug Testing Program policy and procedures, basic operational features of Drug Testing devices, and results reporting.
o Provide support by intaking clients & performing UA duties.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
o Must have at least one (1) year of experience in Drug Testing program.
o One (1) year of customer service experience.
- (6 months) of management experience preferred.
