The Clinic Director is a crucial leadership role responsible for managing the entire operations of our clinic. The role requires an adaptable and organized individual who can manage a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The Clinic Director will manage staff, key customers, and all day-to-day operations, ensuring the clinic's standards of service and operational excellence are consistently met.
We are looking for someone with an upbeat personality who will carry the fun and exciting energy of the office. You should be good at talking to clients on the phone, have the ability to close a sale that came in for a one-time personal test or talk to a high level HR Manager about their corporate account with us. We believe in having fun while we work hard.
You should have a heart for client relationships. Our corporate clients make up the majority of our business. It will be your responsibility to make sure they are well taken care of and feel valued. You’ll have the opportunity to meet with some of them over lunch and network with various prospective clients at industry events like SHRM (SAHRMA).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire day-to-day operation of the clinic, including all staff, systems, and processes.
- Manage client relationships.
- Train company clients on Clearinghouse.
- Manage NCMS.
- Manage MIS reports.
- Coordinate all Random Programs and Consortiums.
- Manage New Agreement setups.
- Manage On-Site schedule with clients and team.
- Conduct calls with the Marketing Department and report on results as needed.
- Conduct initial interviews for new employees.
- Oversee training of new employees.
- Track new emails/announcements from vendors so that proper action can be taken in the clinic if necessary.
- Request subaccounts from laboratories.
- Setup all new accounts with vendors.
- Respond to business records affidavits and have them notarized.
- Manage team schedule (black out days, requests for time off, etc.).
- Conduct any drug test collections as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a clinic setting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and client management skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
- Proficient in managing MIS reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $55,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
