Position Summary:
Provides Drug & Alcohol case management services to an adult population in the community struggling with substance use disorder and addiction, in accordance with the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs guidelines and Value Behavioral Health Standards.

Daylight, Monday-Friday hours, Flex schedule, No Weekends. Mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate!
The starting rate is $21.54/hour but may be more based on experience and education. This position is on-call once every 5 weeks. The weekly stipend is $400.00 per week when covering on-call and $23/hr. for time called out.
Essential Functions:
· Conduct an intake in response to a consumer’s request for Drug and Alcohol (D&A)
supports and services
· Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive client-driven service plan that includes
attainable and measurable goals
· Engage with clients to build rapport to support clients in maintaining sobriety and
breaking down barriers to community services
· Provide a rapid response to consumers requesting inpatient D&A detox and/or
rehabilitation during after-hours on-call and during regular business hours
· Complete all reports, documentation and data entry in a timely and accurate fashion
· Maintain utilization requirements
· Be well organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills, take
initiative, be flexible and confidential
· Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the agency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical dependency, sociology, social welfare, psychology, nursing
or relate field or a bachelor’s degree which includes or is supplemented by successful completion of 18 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, criminal justice or related social science.
One year as a Drug and Alcohol intensive Case Manager trainee or one year of direct service
experiencing performing counseling or case management work in an alcohol or other drug treatment setting.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required.
