SUMMARY
The Driver Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of driver associates to achieve accuracy in a variety of goals including: productivity, quality, accuracy, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations (motivation and development), and maintaining a safe work environment. The Driver Supervisor works closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success.
Essential Functions (This list may not include all duties as assigned):
· Directly supervises hourly associates in a fulfillment and delivery centers
· Oversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure order accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
· Assists Warehouse Manager or General Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality is met
· Ensures exceptional customer service key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, controlling breakage, meeting delivery windows, etc.)
· Promotes constant and measurable improvement; teaches and enforces Company polices and best in class customer service at all times
· Maintains a clean, professional, and safe working environment by meeting or exceeding Company safety goals
· Effectively communicates team goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
· Personally coaches, trains, and mentors direct reports in order to ensure personal growth and career development
· Establishes and maintains best in class systems and processes for the Fulfillment and Driver teams to provide quality customer service.
· Ensures the safeguard and security of Company assets.
Other:
· Must be able to travel within established geographic areas, as necessary.
· Must Meet DOT compliance and the requirements of our Driver Safety Manual (effective 1/1/24).
· Must have reliable transportation, hold a valid drivers’ license and meet company driving record & automobile insurance requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in order fulfillment.
- 3 years of management warehouse experience.
- 3 years of team supervisory experience.
- Inventory management and control experience.
- Must be able to maintain accurate inventory.
- Must obtain and hold a DOT Med card and remain in DOT compliance as a condition of employment.
- Must be flexible and able to ask questions.
- Wine and Spirits warehouse experience is a plus.
- NetSuite’s software a plus.
· MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Excellent math skills are essential and used daily especially when performing product movements, cycle-counts and location integrities.
· LEADERSHIPSKILLS- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build cohesive teams is a must. This individual must be able to work with limited direction
