• Summertime hours Approximately: 9:00pm-12:30am
• Wintertime hours Approximately: 6pm-10pm
• Eligible for per mile reimbursement (.655)
• Eligible for per stop reimbursement (.25)
• Hourly Rate: $15.00

SUMMARY: The Sign Patrol Specialist conducts nightly sign and lighting patrols by being responsible for driving a specific route and looking for sign and lighting outages in designated Maryland areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drives a specific route to look for sign and lighting outages on evening shift
• Contact Customers and look for new leads
• Take pictures and submit descriptions with photos via Smartphone to office
• Tracks and maintains records for mileage and night patrol stops
• Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record
• Reliable vehicle and Valid Auto Insurance
• Proficient with Smartphone technology
• Familiar with assigned route areas
• Ability to work evenings and under minimal supervision

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:

• Able to independently and regularly travel to and from work and sites
• Frequently use motor vehicle safety guidelines
• Regularly required to: sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and balance
• Must be able to occasionally move objects in excess of 25 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities include: clarity of vision; and ability to adjust eye to bring an object into sharp focus
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
