Driver Recruiting Onboarding Specialist We are hiring immediately for a Driver Recruiting Onboarding Specialist in our North Little Rock, AR location. This position will be responsible for scheduling and corresponding with all inbound applicants attending pre-employment evaluation. If your background includes onboarding new employees, clerical/administrative or related experience and excellent customer service skills, please apply!
Responsibilities

• Invite, Schedule, and Confirm drivers for Pre-Employment Evaluation.
• Schedule hair follicle drug test for applicants, track collection, update applicant with results.
• Schedule DOT Physicals and/or collect Med Card. Review and ensure nationally registered.

Duties

• Schedule Lifestyles classes for incoming sponsorship students. Remind applicants of upcoming class and track attendance.
• Communicate with Recruiters, Training Department and Regulatory Department daily on updates regarding the inbound Pre-Employment Class.
• Utilize ATS System to notate update on each applicant throughout the hiring/scheduling process.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area, e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
