Job description

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including forklifts, 26' box truck with Lift-Gate.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a local driver.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and 26' box truck.
- Familiarity local Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.

Skills:
- Valid CDL driver's license with a CLEAN driving record. Hazmat Endorsement required.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and secure materials using appropriate equipment.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and follow assigned routes and schedules.

Local route only. Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. You can be home with your family each night and on weekends.

$20.00 / hour to start (guaranteed 40 hours per week)

$30.00 / hour overtime (usually 5 hours per week)

$1,000 / quarter Safety Bonus (equals $2.00 per hour more) ($4,000 per year)

After 90 days: $500 (cell phone, insurance, medical) per month. Equals $6,000 per year (Not taxed!) Equivalent to $4.00 dollars per hour more.

After 90-day probationary period:

• Paid Holidays
• 5 paid sick days per year (1 each quarter, 2 in the last quarter)
• 1-week paid vacation after 1 year (can be cashed in, in lieu of taking days off)

Christmas Bonus. Starts small , get bigger.

We get paid every two weeks by directly deposit.
