WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
STARTING PAY: $23.00 per hour (negotiable based on license, driving record, experience, interview, etc...)(paid biweekly)
SIGN ON BONUS: $5000 (Ask recruiter for details!)
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7 AM Start Time!! (Most routes are complete by 4PM but that varies based on traffic, road conditions and routing)
LOCATION: 175 Bearfoot Rd., Northborough, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and efficiently
Load, transport, and drive without assistance
Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate paperwork and records
REQUIREMENTS
At least 21 years old with a good driving record
At least one year of route transportation experience preferred
Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical
Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain all security procedures
Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication
Grip, lift, and carry consumer storage over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders
Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
Applicants selected for this position must meet eligibility requirements for access to customer information regulated by the ITAR. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.
