Driver, 2Nd Shift

As a Driver on 2nd Shift, you will:

• Drive/Operate the company truck between all facilities located in Bethlehem.

You will make an impact in this role by:

• Making pickups and deliveries to customers and subcontractors as required.
• Picking up mail and distribute to the proper facilities/persons.
• Maintaining the truck and following all daily DOT requirements & regulations (inspections, reporting all damages/lights/brakes/leaks, etc.), fueling, keeping up on the cleanliness of the truck, work directly with Penske/inspections etc.
• Loading and offloading all freight being transferred.
• Utilizing scan guns for moving material from location to location.
• Working in a team environment and aiding in all warehouse functions as required.
• Working with all Supervisors and Leads in both the Shipping & Receiving departments.

Requirements
To be considered for the Driver, 2nd Shift role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:

• Must always possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must have prior experience driving a box truck.
• Must complete all preemployment DOT driving record document requirements to be maintained in driver files.
• Must pass and, periodically submit to and pass, both an Initial and at a minimum bi-annual non-DOT medical certification physical.
• Must complete and submit to management an annual driving violation and driving record request authorization form as required by DOT.
• Must be comfortable working on a computer; SAP experience is a plus.
• Possess excellent people skills.
• Willing to work other shifts and/or staggered hours if needed.
• Willing to work overtime.
