Drive Thru Operator/Cashier

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience

- Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems

- Handle cash, credit, or debit card transactions with precision

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services

- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food items

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures is a plus

- Familiarity with food handling, culinary, or kitchen experience is beneficial

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
