Location: Somerset, PA or Greensburg, PA

Your Responsibilities as a Water/Wastewater Operator:

• Travel to client’s facilities for operational review of WTP/WWTP and/or lift stations;
• Discuss treatment operations with Apex team;
• Collect samples and review analytical data;
• Review operations process controls;
• Compile and review maintenance logs;
• Review equipment operations;
• Suggest operational / process improvements with Apex team;
• Provide written reports of site visits to Apex supervisor; and
• Other duties as required.

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of proven technical experience.
• Class C Water Operator's License - PA
• Preferred subclasses (or ability to obtain in 60 days)
• Subclass 9 - ion exchange,
• Subclass 11 – gaseous chlorination,
• Subclass 13- UV disinfection.
• Able to troubleshoot under pressure and find effective solutions.
• Knowledge of electrical repairs and testing, plumbing and pump repair and operation, water sampling and wastewater sampling.
