Job Description
- Under general supervision, works from the design of others to perform required assignments.
- Prepare aquatic drawings for permit and construction.
- Help to lay out conceptual designs.
- Liaises with a Project Manager, or other staff and consultants.
- Participates in higher-level work for training/development purposes.
- Update and manage aquatic drawing standards and details.
- Coordinates aquatic drawings with architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural drawings.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving ability when encountered.
- Design ability to sketch and model initial ideas.
- Strong communication skills with regards to peers and supervisors.
- Team orientated.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Revit (preferred).
- Associates degree or Technical Drafting certificate preferred.
- (0-3) years’ related experience.
