We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. Your expertise in drafting and design will contribute to the successful completion of various projects. Duties:
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCad and Revit
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications
- Interpret sketches, blueprints, and other design documents to create 2D and 3D models
- Generate schematics, layouts, and diagrams for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients
- Collaborate with other drafters and designers to ensure consistency and accuracy in drawings
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings
Experience:
- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCad
- Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, standards, and symbols
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
