Downhole Administrator - Pipe Invoicing

```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all invoicing, purchase orders, and AFEs for the Downhole group.

- Interact with other departments to facilitate the month end process.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.

Experience:
- Proven experience in drill pipe and tubing rental.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
