Hiring Location: Downey
The Assistant Manager Position intends to support the operations within the store, as well as the Store/Area Manager. The Assistant Manager will help drive sales growth via the execution of Our Promise while leading and developing our team members.
Compensation: $20 per hour

● Sales Building
● Check-Up Report & CAP ownership
● Daily, Weekly, Weekly Cleaning delegation & Execution
● Interviews, Hiring & Training
● Assist with the Store Schedule
● Cash Management
● Ordering & Inventory

Minimum Job Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking
● Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs
● Hourly position; 30 hours a week on average
● Work all dayparts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
