My job as a Regional is to train and provide value to my Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Reps and in doing so drive sales production forward. 

I am personally hiring people to be a part of a small team of 5-10 young people that I will be personally training, mentoring, and working with individually to maximize their earnings potential on top of my responsibilities as Regional Manager. Our sales averages will be the highest of any team in my region. We will set the standard. My team consists of men ages 16-25 wanting to ruthlessly and ethically pursue their financial dreams and willing to work harder than anyone else to do so. 
Job Responsibilities 

• Live away from home in company housing May-August 
• Attend the daily training meetings (11am)
• Knock the homes in your assigned neighborhood, sell and sign up customers for Pest Control (1pm to 9pm)

Earnings

$15,000-$30,000 in 4 months

The potential for earnings here is enormous. Everyone gets paid 100% commission which means the harder you work, the more you make. Selling the bare minimum required would earn you just over $15,000 in just 4 months during the summer and we’ve had first year reps make over $50,000 in that same amount of time. Our second and third year reps routinely make over $100,000 in leadership roles with no college degree or previous sales experience. It all depends on how hard you are willing to work.
