As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in expanding our clientele by introducing homeowners to our effective pest control solutions.
Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Prospecting: Engage in face-to-face interactions with potential customers by canvassing residential neighborhoods within the specified area. Engage Prospects: Introduce Paragon Marketing's pest control products and services in a personable and informative manner, highlighting the benefits and effectiveness of our solutions. Qualify Leads: Hold meaningful discussions with homeowners to understand their pest control needs and identify potential leads interested in our services. Set up Appointments: Schedule appointments of 20-30 minutes with homeowners who express genuine interest in learning more about our pest control solutions. Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive knowledge about Paragon Marketing's pest control products, their features, benefits, and how they address homeowners' pest problems. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of daily interactions, lead status, set appointments, and pertinent customer information using our CRM software. Follow-Up: Effectively follow up with potential customers to provide additional information or support in their decision-making process. Meet Sales Targets: Strive to achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales appointment targets. Represent Paragon Marketing: Uphold a positive and professional image of the company during all interactions with potential customers. Collaborate with Sales Team: Liaise with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of appointments and provide necessary information to assist them during their presentations. Requirements: Preferred experience in door-to-Door Sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers. Goal-oriented mindset and determination to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Dependable and punctual, showcasing exceptional time management skills. Ability to adapt to varying weather conditions and willingness to work in a door-to-Door Sales environment. Comfortable using CRM software and proficient in basic computer skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for this role.
