```Duties:```
- Conduct door-to-Door Sales to promote and sell our products/services
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, cold calling, Door to Door and networking
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, best practices, and achieve overall sales goals
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and update customer information
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or door-to-Door Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes (e.g., CRM tools, presentation software)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Expected hours: 25 – 60 per week
