Summary
Under the direction of the Business Office Manager:
- Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills in providing varied levels of assistance to residents, families, and visitors (typically during off-business office hours)
- Provides timely and accurate information and direction to visitors while protecting patients' rights to privacy
- Monitors security of entrance / exit doors, answers the phone, and performs filing and/or other unskilled business office duties as assigned
- Participates in resident activities and other work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
- Must be a minimum of fourteen (14) years of age
- Must possess outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Position involves direct resident contact and requires attentiveness to residents' personal needs and schedules
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
Additional Information
Shift / Schedule: Evenings appx 14 hrs/wk with Every Other Weekend shift 1:30p-7:30p; Flex Scheduling
Wage Range: $16.00/hr-$17.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/hr per year, up to ten (10) years
