Donor Support Representative

Remote Position

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interact with donors or potential donors via incoming calls, outbound calls, and email using the appropriate charity greeting.
• Take detailed note while conducting the intake of vehicle donations.
• Interact with vendor regarding status of a vehicle donation or title issues
• Create and update donation records in the CARS database with the highest level of accuracy
• Consult available resources and inform donors of local DMV regulations
• Schedule vehicles for pickup, when appropriate
• Monitor and manage any database records that require follow-up with a donor or vendor to complete
• Send end of day reports to the appropriate department or individual (email)
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management

Qualifications:

• Basic typing and computer skills
• Proper phone and customer service etiquette

Experience:

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Performance Requirements:

• Siting at a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
• Typing and Data entry for long periods of time.
• Talking and listening to donors to collect information.
