Do you love dogs? Are you looking for an opportunity to work with them? URBN Playground seeks a creative and enthusiastic Dog Groomer to join our team! This person will work closely with our Head of Events and Partnerships to provide exceptional dog grooming services to residents in luxury rental and condominium properties.
What You Will Do:
Demat and detangle hair
Bathe, condition, and dry dogs
Clip hair to conform to different breed standard styles
Trim nails, brush teeth, and clean ears
Accommodate special requests from owners
Check for skin conditions or parasites
Identify health issues and report to owner
What You Need:
Must be bonded and insured (We will help you obtain insurance)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Compassion and patience when dealing with animals
Sound understanding of animal behaviors
Ability to lift heavy pets and equipment
Excellent communication skills
Part Time: $65 - 150 per session This is a 1099 position
