Requirements
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks and assembles menu items.
- Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Comply with daily checklists
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Greet guests/take orders and paying attention to detail (allergies or preferences)
- Answer questions about menu/drink items
- Operating POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform basic barista duties
- Serve beverages and prepared foods & pastries
- Assist in training new employees
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handlers Certification
- Minimum experience includes six months to one year as a barista.
