Dog Daycare Attendant - Dogs All Day!

Healthy Hound Playground is an upscale Dog Daycare, boarding, and grooming kennel facility located in Sterling, VA, Northern VA (NOVA) and Rockville, MD. We are looking to hire folks whose personalities and work ethic will match the high standards we have set for this innovative Dog Daycare. You will enjoy working here if you love dogs and are diligent about following direction. Training is available for those new to the industry!

Compensation is $13 - $16 per hour range, depending on prior experience. No prior dog industry experience is necessary, but candidate must be good with dogs.

WE ARE LOCATED IN STERLING, VA - 5 MIN FROM Dulles Airport OFF RT. 28

Shifts typically run 6:30am to 1:30pm / & / 12:30pm to 7:30pm.

Dog Day Care Attendant Position/ Handler Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the day care room to ensure all dogs are playing safely and behaving properly
• Walking dogs during outdoor potty breaks
• Training to learn our methods and standards for safety
• Playing with dogs
• Feeding dogs
• Cleaning tasks as necessary
• Comforting dogs
