SalaryJob Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist for a contract assignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, be adept at navigating various software systems, and demonstrate technical savvy.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe newly created manuals and guides into digital format.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in transferring technical content into written documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline documentation processes.
- Maintain organized files and records of all documentation for easy accessibility.
- Assist in proofreading and editing documentation for clarity and coherence.
Contract Details: This position is a contract job with an approximate duration of 3 months. The working hours are either 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The pay rate is dependent on experience, ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
