Documentation Coordinator - Full Time - Easley (SC), United States
Join our Industry team within Flow Equipment division in United States as Documentation Coordinator to help us to the next level.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Reviews schedules, submits project specific documentation & maintains document tracking records.
Revises documents per customer requests using knowledge and feedback from Project Manager and other departments as necessary.
Acts as liaison between Projects group and other departments to obtain information to complete project specific documents.
Maintains Projects calendar for special tests, witnesses, and Inspections.
Handles Project specific change orders in SAP and maintains all records.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
What you bring to Sulzer:
High School education required. Associates degree in related field preferred
Able to perform work under time constraints and expedite items as needed
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe
Ability to navigate SAP and SharePoint
Detail orientated and organized
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
