Document Review Attorney/Jd - Onsite

As one of the nation’s largest legal staffing providers, Hire Counsel has an immediate opportunity for attorney and JD candidates to work with a top law firm on an eDiscovery Document Review project. We are seeking both entry level and experienced JD and attorney candidates for this position. This is a great opportunity for candidates with the ability to work onsite in either Nashville, TN or Columbia, SC to receive valuable training and experience on eDiscovery tools and procedures.
Responsibilities Include:

• Review documents for relevance and privilege for ongoing litigation

• Utilize e-Discovery software for efficient review of documents

• Identify key information and effectively communicate findings to the associates and staff attorneys

Project Details:

• Anticipated start date:
   Rolling start dates throughout the month of January, 2024
• Estimated duration:
   project can last up to 2 months with the opportunity to move onto other projects
• Hours:
   40 hours per week during regular business hours
• Location:
   onsite in either Nashville, TN or Columbia, SC
• Pay rate: $21 per hour
   in Nashville and $17 per hour in Columbia, SC

Qualifications:

• JD/LLM from a U.S. accredited law school

• Bar admission is not required
• Prior experience with Relativity or other e-Discovery platforms preferred but not required
• Our client is looking to train attorneys and JD’s on e-discovery and Document Review

• Newly admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply, as well as seasoned attorneys with experience.
