Document Review Attorney / Dispute Resolution

Document Review Attorney and Dispute Resolution Department (100% Fully Remote / Work From Home)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Reviewer to join our team. As a Document Review attorney, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong legal administrative skills and a passion for legal research.

Duties:
- Review and analyze legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Draft and edit legal documents, including correspondence and memoranda
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and other litigation-related documents
- Collaborate with attorneys to gather necessary information for cases
- Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients under attorney supervision
- Maintain organized case files and document management systems
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact cases

• Help resolve any disputes and draft demand letters, etc. (Remotely from home)

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Proficiency in legal drafting and writing
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Ability to analyze complex legal documents and identify relevant information
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Effective communication skills to interact with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of litigation processes and ability to assist in litigation tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.37 - $30.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
