- Supervise Team Leads – Imaging and Technician I - Imaging, including all functions associated with Document Processing.
- Monitors performance, writes performance appraisals and provides disciplinary actions as needed of assigned staff.
- Trains, motivates and evaluates performance of imaging staff.
- Monitors workload and coordinates schedules.
- Consistently and effectively communicates with the Sr. Manager – Enrollment / Eligibility on performance standard levels.
- Reviews the work of specialists to ensure accuracy of all records.
- Ensures staff maintains updated knowledge of the program.
- Provides the Sr. Manager – Enrollment/Eligibility with updates on all issues regarding quality, training, policy, procedures, and staff issues.
- Meets all standards established for this position as outlined in the attached performance criteria.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
Hours: 7:30am - 4pm
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college oruniversity, or one-to-three years supervisory experience in a health or social services field
- Two years prior experience in data entry
- Ability to demonstrate supervisory and leadership skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
